From 2013-2019 we organized a lab course for students from Innsbruck at the the Institute of Physics, Kazan Federal University in Russia. In the well-equipped teaching labs, the participating students got practical experience in basics of optics, nuclear physics, and data analysis. In 2020 and 2021, the Corona pandemics prevented us from visiting Kazan. In 2022, external circumstances made a continuation of our joint activity impossible. Many thanks to our colleagues and friends in Kazan for this wonderful collaboration.
